Welcome to Windhill Community Centre’s Computer Room

Marge and Yanka are I.T. tutors from Shipley College who are on hand to help you in the computer room.  We also have two mentors, Paul and Steve, on hand to help at various times.

If you don’t know anything about using a computer you can start off with an introduction to computers course. 

If you want to know more about using the internet and email, there is a short course that will help you.  Or perhaps you would like to download music, use a digital camera or enhance your photos?

You can also do longer courses such as -

OCR Entry Level 3

for beginners

These courses will help you improve your computer skills and you will get a qualification at the end.

At other times you are welcome to drop in and use the Computer Room whenever it is open.  There is often a tutor or mentor to help you… or both!
