Cook'n'Eats, Winter 2011

The cook and eat have been running both at the community centre and at High Crags Primary School. We have had a steady number of people attending. The sessions are still popular and have been taken up quickly. People from my exercise group have joined the adult cook and eats on a Monday. If you have a family or you just want to join a few sessions around healthy eating, learning new recipes, wanting nutritional information or just wanting to spend some quality time with the family, these sessions enable you to do so.
